Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as balance/benefit inquires, card replacements, general use questions andPIN queries.
General Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides customer support by phone, to consumers.
Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues.
Processes a high volume of consumer inquiries and services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
Troubleshoots customer problems identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to the appropriate resource.
Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMust be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Well review 10-year historyMust be flexible for shifts between 5am -8pm (You will have a set shift schedule)Full-Time position up to 40 hours per week.
Exemplary Attendance Records with Previous Employers.
Excellent typing skills -25 wpm.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
