Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

Responsibilities:
Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.
Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client's conditions.
Document care given, observations and treatments.
Comply with policies and procedures of facility.
Ensure that facility and client's equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.
Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.
Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.
Ensure and protect clients' rights and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Current Certification with the State of Arizona 1-year experience as a Certified Med Tech in the last 3 years in a supervised settingCurrent CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standardsNegative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 monthsSuccessful completion of the skills assessmentFingerprint Clearance CardWho We are at NurseCoreNurseCore is more than an agency, we're a family.
